commonwealth and olympic games

i had my grandson up visiting this afternoon and he is telling me he is doing intensive training for weight lifting as his coach is entering him for the commonwealth games(scottish team)olympics (england team)he is also going to america next year for training with the english team.i am so proud of him,i think he will do really good,he is 19,6ft.3.5ins,a lovely big boy.
