I have secondary breast cancer, so my care is palliative now. I'm having my first full bone scan today. I'm a wimp and scared of needles! I have pain in my right side and my lymph system is in fighting mode. I'm usually cheerful but sometimes it's difficult. I have wonderful family and friends who are supporting me so well. My left lung now almost totally bunged up with fluid, so need a drain in that too. Need oxygen through my nose to breathe.

I am hoping to be allowed home on Friday 30th Dec. Both my lungs are drained or draining. I can now breathe without extra oxygen needed. Heaven! :-) Thank you for cyber hugs and prayers.

My lovely daughter-in-law has spinal cancer with secondary cancer in her lungs and lymph glands. She is a fighter like you and tries to keep cheerful. I'm not religious but I am thinking of you both and anyone else who is not in the best of health. Love to you all.
