Hi everyone - how do I get a little picture on my profile instead of the two pink blobby men I have now ??

There has been trouble with the avatars recently, so I would wait a while before asking the question.

As Tenrec indicates, the Gravatar website (which is where our avatars are all stored) doesn't seem to be talking to the Answerbank website at the moment. Lots of people have been trying to switch to Christmas avatars, but without success.
