I pad queries

I had an I Pad for Christmas whoopie !! BUT - Does anyone know where I can go for online help with my I pad The store is miles away - There are little niggle y things happening -
Two things for instant help please - I am trying to create an event on face book but I cant find the create an event button ?? and I have purchased papers I pad's version of word - I have created a document but can't find the save button ?? however I have an option to delete stuff ?? Niggles are so frustrating Agggh

are you using the facebook app? i find on ipad its better to use the standard web page instead

To use it you'll need an Apple ID. If you've not got one, click 'Sign in' and then 'create one'.

However if you're asking a question about a word-processing application, take care to specify which one it is. I'm guessing that it's 'Pages' but there are lots of alternatives available. As I understand it, you can't save a document in the usual way. You need to 'share' it to iTunes or similar. See the end of this video:

If you click on events on the left of your FB page it will come up with an events page with an option to creat an event (I don't use the FB app, I just use FB on Safari).
