and I don't think you can.
It is a restricted service on satellite .. cards only .. and carried on Optus Satellite at 180degE (Nanz beam) .. which you will NOT see in UK (if you are in UK)
Terrestrial service allows it freely .. but I cannot find a re-broadcaster. Probably not allowed.

I'm pretty sure the "catch up" link on the main page won't work, but I can't check it (silverlight and linux don't play well together), so over to you on that one...
