Can I freeze cheesecake and Mascarpone

Happy New Year ! I bought two tubs of MAscarpone which will be past its use by date tomorrow -I was going to make a baked blueberry cheesecake with it but then had soooo much food at Christmas it wasnt needed - will it freeze successfully on its own and if not has anyone got a good cheesecake receipe that they know will freeze well. Thanks x

Woozer mascarpone freezes well. I do it often and it's absolutely fine.
