Freeview TV Guide

Hi, I know you have freeview in the UK with I think about 100 channels but is there such a thing as a freeview television guide like the normal television? Maybe it's impossible to list all the television programmes for 100 channels.Thanks in advance Valeriea.

if you mean an online guide then I use http://www.zingzing.co.uk/tvguide/ which might not be all inclusive but is sufficientfor me
