Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Can anyone please help with this? I really want to know the name of a piece of music that is played in the final episode of BTVS - all of the Slayers have gone down into the hellmouth to fight The First - Buffy has just been injured and has told The First that she wants it to 'get out of her face'. Then she gets up and starts killing demons left right and centre. The piece of music that starts at this point is really uplifting and I'd love to know what it is. Any ideas please?

There is a piece of music which makes up part of the original "BTVS" TV score entitled "Final Flight" by Rob Duncan.

Listen to clip here (although this 30 secs doesn't sound very uplifting).

If that isn't the right one maybe it is one of the other tracks listed.
