Great story down here this morning and lunchtime on Spotlight (local Beeb News).

Family lost their cat 4 years ago and got a call from a vet twenty minutes drive away to say that it had been found......just shows the importance of that microchip and never to give up home while they are missing.

The family involved said they were speechless as they drove over for the reunion...and the vet remained especially open for them - think it was Xmas Eve.

I read this too, isn't great when it happens that pets are reunited with their owners and especially after such a long time.

DT - thank you - that is a wonderful story. I bet they are stunned - we were losing hope after seven months. Thank goodness for the microchip!
