Does it matter

if someone puts something on the wrong section?
For instance, if I were to put a joke on here, would you all shout 'Put it in the jokes section?'
I'm just using this as an example.
I can imagine that the majority would say that if you do this then there is no point in having categorys (sp?) but I would like to know who would mind and who wouldn't.

Depends... serious questions should go in the proper sections where the people who are most gifted in that area can answer them and not because you want to get lots of answers. I wouldn't say it irritates me exactly, but it might cause an eye rolling moment.

In the not too distant past,the Ed was able to move threads that were in the wrong section-he seems to have lost that power.
I get 'pedantic' over silly posts in 'suggestions'...like "what shoes would go with this dress?"..aaarrgghh!

Sometimes the topic being discussed and which wrong section it ends up in can, add humour to the thread so it doesn't really bother me...
