I don't think so, but having said that during my time in the pits I had several accidents one of which was life threatening but I never considered my self accident prone they were just things that happened underground.
Very few stairs/steps that I haven't either fallen down or fallen up!

Not me but our works safety officer broke a leg falling off a ladder, he was putting up a safety notice at the time , about safe use of Ladders !

yes I am accident prone.
Not really. The only thing is, I have the habit of stubbing my toes all the time. I'm sure i've broken them at some point but don't know for sure. I walk into door frames a lot too, turn corners too quickly lol! It's something to do with being double jointed :|
I frequently get run over by stationary vehicles as I bustle about . And I tend to apologise to the vehicle .
