Stupid Marshmallows

I've sat here all day, troughing my way through a 1kg bag of Rocky Mountain marshmallows, which I got in Costco before Christmas.

I keep putting the bag away, but it keeps reappearing on my desk.

This is SOOOO unhealthy.

But SO yummy.

Stupid marshmallows.

Can we start a "marshmallows are good for you" campaign.

Things that are good for you:

1. Popcorn (it's just air, and corn)

2. Marshmallows (they're fat free)

3. Exercise (a poor third place)

Are they not sugar and egg-whites? Egg whites healthy, sugar needed for energy, so all is good :D

no they are not healthy they are almost entirely constituted of sugar, basically the same as eating sweets.

Something has just occurred to me. Sugar comes from sugar beet or sugar cane right? They are grown in the soil, therefore sugar is a vegetable and as such one of your five a day....................
