Facebook problems

Has anyone had the same problem as I have got with facebook.
My account has been frozen as they say it`s been "compromised",
I follow the instructions to retrieve my account but can`t remember my answer to security question..it was 5 years ago..so stuck,
Any help would be really appreciated.

Can't help, sorry, I think you will have to contact FB and ask them.
