Hi guys, Just arrived in at the office after dealing with the car trashing. Latest guestimate is for 'about £4k' damage. All panels bar the boot lid were deeply scratched and all 4 tyres slashed (car is a golf estate). Why some *** had to target my car is anyone's guess. It is a quiet area and like a little community of it's own. There were 10 vehicles parked in the car park but only mine damaged. 2 words descibe whoever has done it forking barstewards (pardon my french). No forensics will be done as 'the scene will be contaminated due to the bad weather'. Still the police do have a couple of leads to follow up in the meantime. My company will be sending me a bill for the excess of £500 - and a happy new year to you too!!
