I had to take the dog out last night in horizontal hailstones. Not only was I soaked through when I got in, but any bare bits (hands/face) stung like buggery :(

i have to hoick my wheelie bin up the drive, and then round up the plastics so glad my food bin will weigh it down over night lolx

Both of ours (black and brown wheelie bins, they were empty) blew away at 1am - almighty crash, Hubby chasing them down the street in his dressing gown in pouring rain too, in the end he laid them down on the lawn, they rolled around all night on there but were stopped by the front hedge.

Put our black bin out last night, and it disappeared up the street, I had to rescue it this morning. The brown bin is always empty, but beside my porch, I heard a racket late last night and the bin was in the driveway at the side of the car. I should have left the bin where it was, turns out they are not due until tomorrow morning doh..

At least Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway get to dispose of our waste this week.....

lol we keep ours by the back door to prevent the blowing up the street scenario our green wheelie bin is stuffed full so that aint going no where its the plastic and glass recycle box im worriead about as some pikie knicked the one with a closing lid. I have put the brown food bin on top in the hope it stops the majority blowing away lol-so glad tomorrow is street cleaner day to!
