How do I change the default font for outgoing messages; at present, Calibri 12 is set when I click Email message, and then I can change the font and size, but if I want Arial 11 all the time, what do I need to do please.

....top left should be a blue button...click for a drop down menu,,,, one option is Options.....mouse down to that will give another menu at the top of which is Mail....click on that to open the main properties.

On the COMPOSE tab is where you can change the fonts...select your font and click Apply/OK.

Should do it...
