Is the Government correct in refusing to fund the removal of faulty breast implants that were fitted for cosmetic reasons?

NHS will remove , not replace just remove , implants that are posing a danger to health that is all.
If the NHS did the implants for medical reasons (cancer etc) then they will remove and replace them.
