Have any off you thought about the music for your funeral. Went to one today of a friend. When we walked in the church they were playing "Love is in the air" by John Paul Jones. And at the end it was "May each day" by Andy Williams. It was really nice and such a change. I am tempted to have "Another one bites the dust" Queen. What about you lovely lot?

Biffy Clyro - Machines and Foo Fighters - Home

Two of my favourite songs that can make most people blub at the best of times!! Lol! :-)
My mum wants Spirit in the Sky. It makes me sad to hear it and she's still here!! Lol!
Haven't thought too much about my ow send off but my brother had You'll Never Walk Alone by Gerry And The Pacemakers which was a tribute to his lifelong (24 year) devotion to Liverpool FC.

He didn't specify anything. My brother-in-law suggested it when we met to discuss funeral arrangements and it seemed very fitting.

At the funeral we went to yesterday, when it was time for the Eulogyy which was read by a friend, she included a letter written by our friend who died, she itemised lows and hihs from her life in such a light hearted way everyone felt happy. She had known she was dying for 6 months but kept it quiet right up to the end as she nursed her husband who also died a few months ago. Such a great lady, she has really made us think about writing something to be read out at our funerals.
