I need help for a science fair! Rat questions!

I have a science fair coming up and i need help with the question, all i want to know is if your a kid or adult, and what is the first thing that comes to your mind about rats in general, if you like them tell why you like them and if you don't like them why you don't like them thats all and thanks for the help!

Disease ridden vermin. I remember reading that in survival situations the only banned food for SAS soldiers caught in the wilderness was rats. Everything else was fair game, just don't eat rats.

Sorry to all the people that answerd on science fair project 1 I personaly thought that was going to be what my partner and I were doing.
I was all for that except she didn't want to and thought it wasn't science-ish.
I kinnda agree but, I really want to do some thing with my rats and show people rats arn't really vermans... at least pet rats arn't!
Any ideas? All has to do with rats please

I like rats. A flatmate had pet rats and though wary to start with (due to adverse media) I found them intelligent and friendly. Wild rats are just like any other wild animal- trying to survive. And they do particularly well due to the rubbish the human race leaves lying about. They are just opportunists. If we were not as untidy they wouldn't have as much food and be as abundant. Live and let live- or tidy up your act!

yes i know i have another one about my wrist thats what i thought too both about basketball... last year in soccer i had 2 sprains that year too! but i got kinnda really a little mean answers so should i ask it?
