Which will give you video only, you need another cable for audio, but as you've failed to mention any details about any of the devices it's impossible to say which cable you'd required...
You may also be able to use a HDMI cable instead, but once again, without knowing anything about the TV, projector, or the laptop it's impossible to say.

To be fair there are LOADS of Sattelite models and loads of Viera TVs all will be different. The TV is not a problem as it will have both HDMI and VGA sockets.
The laptop MAY have an HDMI in which case simple, just plug and play with sound. (get HDMI off eBay far cheaper. I have a 3m one for about £6 with gold contacts.)
If the laptop has no HDMI then a VGA cable is what you want. Again eBay for a decent length and price. VGA has no sound so a miniature jack plug cable from headphones socket of laptop ending in phono ( otherwise known as RCA) plugs to connect the sounsdinto the TV.
When it comes to techical questions like this you really have to give exact model numbers to get a concise answer here otherwise there are too many variables.
