Christmas Songs and Carols

My daughter came home from school with Initials for 58 Chrismas songs or carols (i.e. D.T.K.I.C = Do They Know It's Christmas) We are absolutley stumped on 9 of them! I have searched and searched which brought me to this site - Can you help? 9 remaining are:-
