What does it say on the leaflets which come with those medicines? If you can't ask your doctor, then the best person to ask is the pharmacist at your local chemist, they will give you professional advice, they are the experts.

I cannot see any reason for drug interaction, especially if you use dihydrocodeine for a short period only.
