We've just gone cableless so I'd like to be able to connect my son's wii to t'internet. I've tried to follow the instructions but I keep being asked for codes. I've looked on the nintendo help website but I'm more confused than ever now. The Wii is 4 years old and I have no idea where the paperwork is. Can anyone help me please? If it matters, we have a BT home hub. Thanks

on the back of your hub is a wee plastic thingy you can take out - it has all the codes on there. cant't remember which one it is mine is a mixture of lower case letters and numbers - that's your secure code that the wii will be looking for permission to access - in case you are trying to add a wifi that belongs to someone else.

you will have a network passkey set up for your home wifi.

this is the code you will require.
