BBC on Freeview changed to different region

My mothers Freeview box was reset a couple of weeks ago so that she can get Channel 5+1.Afterwards she noticed that on BBC1 instead of getting Look East for her local news it now shows as Look North and is consequently not local news any more! I have tried re-setting and doing a factory setting reset but it has not changed back to as it should be.Any ideas what she should do to get Look East back? It has only affected BBC, ITV Anglia is fine.Thanks for your help.

You could try doing a manual scan to see if there is another BBC being picked up on a different frequency to the one she is on at the moment. I get a similar thing here, if I leave it to its own devices mine will pick up the Welsh channels rather than the local ones.

I don't have a HD set-up but when BBC1 (national) goes to local news if I go to the BBC1 HD channel on Freeview it shows local news.
