Please can anyone give me an email address to cancel . I signed up for a free trial without reading the fine print and I can't afford to pay $69 or more. I have been trying to get in touch with them phone no doesn;t work. the email address I found came back with "We do not accept payments or products. We only do reviews". I have been to the bank they have put in a dispute for the $75 but say they cannot stop them doing it again , even if I close my account and open another one they are likely to follow it. Think carefully before authorising this company accsess to your bank account!

No, this is a UK site. If you are paying in dollars then I guess you are in the US or Canade.
Have you signed a direct debit? if so you can just cancel it yourself. ..and if you closed your bank account, there is no way they could find you, how would they do that?

I'm in Australia but the products came from the UK Linlithgow, the label says. the bank lady said they track from the old accountfor debits.I bought the stuff online as a trial for 5.95

I have received an email to say they have cacelled my account and will not send any more products but any products I have paid for will be on their way. I very stupidly placed an order for the "free trial" of both revitaderm and perfect radiance. I emailed them and they did reply the next day and said each product is around the £79 mark each OUCH!!!! They assured me in my email that I can cancel and will only have to pay for the post and packing of the "free trial" offer as long as I do it within the trial period. PLEASE NOTE THE TRIAL PERIOD IS ONLY 16 DAYS FOR REVITADERM AND 12 FOR PERFECT RADIANCE. They gave me a phone number 808 168 3685 to ring to cancel my order but on trying it it said this service is no longer available! Hmmmmmm. Have sent them an email asking them to cancel my order. Let's see if they reply to that! My own silly fault in the first place I know and now I've got a lot of hassle. Think the wrinkles are less of a problem!!!

I have done exactly the same thing - how stupid do I feel. I have e-maiuled them twice using the website 'Contact us' with nor response. I have written to them at the address on the delivery note - Revitalise Health & Beauty, PO Box 13583, Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 9AP, I have also found that the telephone number does not work. I have been debited £74.95 and not even received the goods! My bank however have sent me a new debit card and said they will not be able to charge me again. I want my money back, so if any one out there can help us please do!

I have just cancelled my order, thanks to a website that warned what they do, actually I quite like the product but have no desire to pay the actual cost.

In the terms and conditions there is a phone number for cancellations, they were very polite, gave me cancellation numbers and assured me that was all I had to do.
