Has anyone else been watching the series last week about Ali and then the re runs of hisbiggest fights? We thought the mini series was fantastic.

Yes nannybooby, excellent series. Funny how your memory plays tricks on you. I seemed to remember in the fight with Foreman that Ali was totally out boxed and got lucky with a sucker punch, watching it again it was a lot closer, with Ali landing the more telling punches. Before the knockout Foreman was out on his feet. I know he tired himself out, throwing and missing a lot of punches, but Ali landed a lot of quality punches.
Fascinating to see the fights with Sonny Liston as well.
A great series, ITV did themselves proud!
