always shop around, ridiculously high quotes basically means they dont want to insure you.

I was looking for quad bike quotes the other day. Looking online the 1st quote was 9k! Found a company called Adrian Flux who specialise in quad bike insurace and it was 30 quid a month - much more like it!

Just been advised by my sister to look into Diamond.. and got a quote for £900... How can one company charge over £3,000 and another less than £1,000...? Bloody Madness....!!!!
I've heard some of them will purposely give a high quote because they don't want the business. Say if the person is deemed to high a risk.
Yes companies specialise in particular categories of driver, if you don't fit their profile they charge a ridiculous price to put you off.
