gosh,i think its working,i have not had any juice today,struggling to finnish a yoghurt,threw out loads of biscuits and sweets,i think i will make a vegetable curry and steamed rice for my tea.

i jumped quickly on the scales this morning and i have lost weight,4 lbs.YES'
