Sure, Chuck's helped me out loads with techie stuff, yogasun answered a question for me the other day cause I hijacked her thread and I was following the advice on a thread about poor sleep. You don't always have to ask the question to follow the advice given on a thread.
Plus I've learnt loads of rude words and phrases that I never would have known otherwise.
I try to help wherever the question is placed, but as implied by Mark, Chatterbank is the less serious forum to keep the regulars happy & social. As a direct answer to your question I've never posted a question in that forum to test it.
If I need a quick answer I put in on here, but if I can wait for a proper answer I find a topic if there is a relevant one. There always seems to be people loitering on here whereas they only frequent the specialist topics at odd times.
I only tried CB for the first time this week but have not had an answer to my problem yet although someone did try. (What were the numbers in the daily mail millionaire promotion on Monday of this week?) Had plenty of success over the years with Crossword puzzles though.
Re my last answer. Just looked in quizzies and puzzles and someone else had asked, ( and been answered), the same question. Just shows it pays to shope around even in AB
