Okay so I'll start at the beginning:
I do the washing in our house. Anyway at the last wash, a few days ago, I emptied the washer and hung all the clothes on the radiators and the underwear on the maiden. Everyday when I have a shower I always change all of my underwear, so when I sorted the underwear out, I couldn't work out why I had 5 pairs of undies and 4 pairs of socks (the undies I refer to are briefs).
How the 'ell could I lose both socks in the wash - so I checked again ..... yep, 5 pairs of undies and 4 pairs of matching socks. Hmmm, had I thrown a pair of socks away after I'd worn them 'cos they had holes in etc ?? Nope .... so I just couldn't work it out.
Anyway, when I got dressed for work yesterday, I put a pair of undies on and they seemed quite tight. I even mentioned it to my work m8, that my googlies were really uncomfortable, especially with me going up and down a ladder all day (I'm a window cleaner).
Well, when I got home and undressed for the shower I was wondering what size they were and was wondering if I'd shrunk them.
Imagine my surprise when I read the label and it read "size 12, hip size 37" .......... What The Funicular ..... I'd been wearing my missus' knickers all day lol.
After you've finished laughing - there's more .......
I told my missus and explained, as above. She looked at the knickers and said they weren't hers !!!
The only thing we can think is that they were left by our female friend who looked after the house whilst we were on holiday over the xmas period, 'cos I know that I'm not hiding anything about secret female friends visting my house and leaving things behind, if you catch my drift.
I've already told my m8 whom I work with - I know it won't be long b4 all my m8's find out that I wore a pair of knickers all day.
Anyway, in my defence, my missus looked at then and said that they did look quite similar to some briefs that I have - well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it !!!!
