I';ve been sitting here for an hour trying to work this one out .... can't find anything anywhere ....

The four pictures are (a) a couple of houses in the locla artchitecture (b) a big bridge in front of the metropolis with abundant skyscrapers
(c) a frog on a leaf, (d) some of the native population.
