i hae watched it from the start...........feel a bit sorry for Mark...he seems a bit of a walking disaster ...but he doesnt have the supportive staff to be honest.... felt sorry for his son tonight

Yessss...I love it..especially Alison the receptionist...dry sense of humour..knows exactly how to treat Mark without disrespecting him!! Who would'nt love a job there..chaos on a daily schedule!!

I enjoy it and the owner is hilarious in a sad way, meaning his refusal about bookings on-line and his selection of entertainers for the residents.

Preferred the first one in the lake District but quiet happy with this one as well!

I think Christian is funny, I tried just out of curiousity to see if they have an online booking system now, and every time I tried to book a room it kept saying I had to phone them, so I dont think their online system is up and running, unless the random dates I chose were full. The place always seems to be full doesn't it? Not for me though, it was like a poor man's holiday camp. People are easily pleased though. Puts me off coach trips. I couldn;t sit through that awful man dressed as a horse or whatever it was, singing on the stage. I would have been straight out the door and down the road to the nearest pub and I dont even drink ...

I think Alison on reservations always passes the buck, mostly on to Mark the manager, she doesn't seem to take responsibility for anything! Very 'mouthy' too me thinks!
