msn hotmail

my msn hotmail has been blocked and i dont know how to unblock it

i went thro the motions as it asked - and it says i have been sent a code

but i dont know where too - poosibly another hotmail account i have??

but if so i didnt even know i had another account - and certainly dont know the password - i tried to phone microsoft but they dont have a msn helpdesk

When you set up the account, you are prompted to provide an alternative email address. Depending on when you started it, they also ask for a mobile number. There might also be a security question. These three elements allow them to identify you as the real owner.
If you don't have any of these, it looks like tough luck and you'll have to create another account.

i have now had a code text to my mobile

but that hasnt worked either

any ideas?????

or how do get on the live msn help line thing

when i go it it gives you examples of questions

but it looks like they have some kind of "live" help - but i dont know how to get to it?????
