Not sure if this is the right place to ask .Would anyone know if letters from goverment departments Job seekers ,Inland revenue & customs ect have to be signed by the person sending the letter .
Most are usually just standard letters just printed out. Yes they're usually signed at the bottom before being posted, looks like someone forgot in your case? Doesn't make the letter any less applicable if it isn't though if that's what you're asking.
I recieved a letter which I consider to be rather offensive and badly phrased over a situation which I have settled to the best of my ability .The onus of the mistake has change to my fault when initially it was theirs by the wording of the letter .
Well I personally think that pointing out the non signature is even worth pointing out to them. Sure let them know of your other grievances, but that point is too minor to mention.
Had word nice pleasant lady who took on board my concerns Suggested it was just the usual letter sent out on the occasions . I pointed out if my name NI number was on it then it was personal .Ah well
