Is it true that a blackberrys mother board can be damaged after one fall? I bought a brand new blackberry from a little street shop (as it was a little cheaper there then the other shops) and they wouldn't replace it after the screen went white saying the mother board got damaged after the fall. I'm thinking that they gave me a fake warrant yand don't want to replace the pone. Any help would be appreciated.
Did you admit to dropping it?
Personally I would have simply said it wasn't working. Sales of goods act - goos must be suitable for the purpose they're sold for - a mobile phone that doesn't work isn't fit for purpose.
