Stuck with our Old Car
9 Answers
We had a 2004 Rover 75 with very low mileage (35,000). When my husband retired he bought a SAAB (used) which is a car he has always wanted. He paid cash for it rather than put the Rover in as part exchange as he thought he would get a better deal. The problem is now, that the Rover has been for sale for 12 months and it just won't sell! It is in wonderful condition, has luxury interior wth extras such as rear blinds, electric seats , air-con, CD stacker etc etc but it just won't sell. It was advertised in the local paper too but didn't sell there either. He was asking £2,8000 at first and now it's down to £1,800 and STILL it doesn't sell. What do you suggest? (Other than a bonfire)!

Chuck. Even the 2004 V8 aren't worth a fortune. Private sale £1200-1800. Lot of car for the money though.
