Blimey, I'm no good at making snap decisions.
At the moment I am leaning towards Personalised Preserves. I'll have to wait til midweek when I see my friend who will be selling them in her shop to see what she thinks.
When they are on the shelf on sale I'll let you know the final choice sibton.

Mrs. O: My pleasure, I am honoured! Can I ask whereabouts the shop is? - sounds my sort of place. I am to-day making yet another batch of marmalade (I sell it to work colleages, friends etc and give the proceeds to the local Hospice). I thought I'd done sufficient, but have more orders!
