Now I see what you're getting at.

Most sets have a basic set of functions on the set. On that other model I referred to in the last answer there's a little flip-down panel under the screen and one of the buttons is menu from there you should be able to navigate the menu system probably with the change channel buttons next to the menu one.

If your model definately does not have an on set menu system then you'll need to get a new remote - one of these all-for-one type of universal remotes would probably do.
