I think we paid about 60 for ours including her injections and a microchip.

Some Pets at Home stores have a vets and they sometimes have special offers on.
If you got her from a reputable animal sanctuary then they will probably contribute to the cost of neutering when she is old enough. I think I only paid around 40-45 full whack. If you struggle with money, I think (but don't quote me on this), cats protection league sometimes have special reduced rates with vets, I know someone who used this recently, CPL are so keen that people do actually neuter their cats that they will help out financially apparently. Whilst she is being spayed (and under anaesethic, you should really microchip her (around 20). She should have first vaccinations around 8 weeks old. Hope this helps.
I know females are more expensive to neuter than males as the op is more involved.... and complicated. I wouldnt expect much change from 100... or it might even be a shade over that. Call your local vets.. you may be able to agree time to pay.. or pay them some up front now then second installment when its done!
If your a member of pdsa its free or failing that ask local cats protection and you may get it free but if you have to pay its about 80 pounds hope this helps still its cheaper than her having her own kittens.
