Can you believe Madonna gets nervous?! She's a little anxious to say the least about her performance at the Superbowl this weekend. Elton John has given her some advice saying she should lip-sync. What is the best bit of advice you've ever been given and did you take it?

Did I heed his advice...only partially.
This wasnt given to me, I read it, but think it is great advice;
Lord Reith (who started the BBC) said "I realised too late that life was for living".
