Digital Camera
7 Answers
I'm off on holiday in March and need a new digital Camera that is Idiot proof when taking pictures and doesn't need a degree in nuclear physics to download the pictures to a computer, can anybody recommend a camera that fits the bill but is at a reasonable price up to £60 or £70 or cheaper if possible.

I've used several kodak digital cameras and bought one for my dad a couple of years ago at around the same price. The easy share bit should solve your connectivity problems although I find nothing easier than simply taking the memory card out and slotting it into the PC.
Nikon make cameras that start at £50 right up to professional cameras that cost thousands of pounds. Just because you saw a Nikon advert that showed one for £440 dont think they all cost that.
This Canon Ixus 115 is a lovely camera, very easy to use, and small so it fits in a pocket or handbag. My daughter has one and the pictures are excellent.
Only £106 at the moment from Amazon

If you want the easy way out, a simple point and shoot camera would take good pictures. If you into takng the time out to really take great pictures, then a DSLR is a better option.
