Dont actually know how small a Ka boot is but for a more substantial (and pricy!) pushchair, the Mamas and papas pliko/pramette, inglesina zippy and the bebe confort loola are all umbrella folding, suitable from birth and have carrycot/car seat options. The loola is my personal fave as it is ultra light, has a telescopic fold plus the seat is forward/rear facing.
Ive a panda, which i think has an even smaller boot!
The Graco travel system (i cant remember its full name) but u can get them in babies r us and mothercare- complete system for around 140-170. This was the only pushchair (suitable from birth) which fitted and didnt cost a bomb. Once the child is three months a mothercare stroller 35 is the easiest and freesup the most boot space.
