I wouldnt have signed up. Five years ago today I joined Answerbank. I have wasted hundreds of hours on here. Seriously though I have enjoyed most of it except the odd occasion when someone picks a fight for no good reason.
I'd not have smoked for all those years and maybe have moved about a bit more at a brisk pace.
Can you still have the life you have?
For instance had I worked harder at school could I still have my children
Actually I dont think I would change anything really
Might have spent less saved more..

If I knew then what I knew now---
I would have emigrated to Oz when it was on offer for a tenner.

Rowan - the opposite is true for us - we would have saved LESS and spent more ......... all our frugalness (nice word!) has not paid off, neither of us work now through redundancy and OH is not old enough for state pension yet, so we can't claim benefits as we have just over the limit in savings which we are having to live off.
Always tempted to say I'd never have married but........love my kids and grandkids to pieces and couldn't imagine life without them.
Like others, I'd have changed the barmy spending habits in the 1980s - have money, will spend.
I would have had her done for murder and her mate for fraud 5 years later.
