Hello can any one tell me why the money on the lotto is so little to wot it use to be on a saturday and a wednesday could it be the money they have to pay out for the celebs the have on ???

fewer people are buying tickets,,, and those that do have more choices so individual prize funds fall... when there was just the lottery on one night the lack of choice meant prizes were much mbigger now theres Euro, thunderball etc and now the Health lottery

I agree with rowanwitch. I am sure that the amount they pay celebrities (thousands?) is trivial compared to the lottery prize values (millions)
