My husband is a beneficiary in a Will but because the Will is being disputed, he may have to give his financial details and savings details to the Court. Does he have to include any accounts that are in my name only as well?

Can anyone help please?

We of course bow to Barmaid's expertise, but I am not sure we should refrain from trying to help -I think there would be few answers on here if only legal experts could reply.
Unfortunately, Factor, this is the law section. Whilst there is a disclaimer people take the advice they have been given on such forums as accurate. If I had a pound for every client who came to me and said "but I looked this up on the internet and asked some advice and I was told blah blah blah", I wouldn't be working!

I've no problem with people trying to help, but with technical areas of the law like this issue is, I think that "guessing" is unhelpful.

There are some areas that are common knowledge and there are some which require more specialist advice. This is why I said that the OP needs to seek the advice of an appropriately qualified lawyer.
