cheese making

i fancied making my own cheese, so spent £35 on a cheese making kit from the cheese making shop, but the instructions are poor and i dont even know exactly what each bit is supposed to do, any advice would be welcome

Take it back to the shop and ask them to explain the technique in simple terms.

Oh well, hope it works out for you in the end.
Don't forget you'll need wine to go with it, I'd make that the focus of my attention first. :)
