Muscle pain...
8 Answers
Three and a half weeks ago I twisted/pulled/strained the muscle in my right forearm just below my elbow (on the outside). It's been impossible to rest it and it still hurts when I use it. There are some things I can do without pain but others I can't. Massaging helps for a little while but is it too late to try heat or cold packs? And which would I use - warm or cold? I can't find anything by googling as they all seem to refer to pains on the inside muscle.

I've just googled tennis elbow and don't like the look of that... like most people I was hoping to find a quick fix! I'll re-arrange my desk so I use the mouse with my left hand and try the gel and heat packs with massage when I get home. Thanks for the advice.
