Audi TT 2001 Coupe 1.8L Multi Disk Changer?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following. I have just bought an Audi TT Coupe 1.8L 2001 and it has a 6 Disk Multi Changer in the side of the car. I have loaded the CD's and they play fine, however I don't know how to skip or change a track on the current CD I am listing to. When I press the either of the < > buttons or 1,2,3,4,5,6 it will just change to another one of the 6 CD's, not the next track on the current CD I am listing to. Surely you can skip/change a song rather than have to listen to an album in its entirety. This is probably a simple solution but your answers would be most appreciated. Thank you. Jay

If it's the same as my A3 the arrows top left change CDs and the ones top right change tracks.

The only thing I can advise on this John is to look up the Audio Booklet that SHOULD have come with the car ( If any) if not, Google the radios details & download the Instructions.
