kids 70's tv programme

does anyone know the title of the programme in the 70's (i think) where a little girl used to rub a large flower on the front of her dress and this made all the toys appear ?? thanks.

I think the programme was called Busy Lizzie. It was shown on the Watch With Mother slot on the BBC in the early 70's. I have a vague memory of watching it. In one episode I remember her touching the flower on her pocket and and wishing to be inside a weather house (where the little man comes out in the rain and the woman comes out when it is sunny).
