Fathers Hotmail Account.
6 Answers
My father passed away early in December and I am looking at his incoming messages about once a week as they are getting less and less frequent.
Suddenly a message came which should have had more urgent attention.
Is there any way I can set his account so the sender will get a message saying Dad is not available and asking them to contact me or can I have his messages diverted to my account.
At some point I might start looking at his mesages say every 2 weeks and later on 4.

Hi Mrs Weasley
I probably know my father better than most son's / daughter's as we lived in the same house. I have e mailed everyone on his contact list, informed the bank etc and friends I am aware of.
It is strange the number of work friends / other friends who have tried to contact him by phone / e mail him just after he passed away and non of them knew he had died and they would have liked to come to his funeral.
I have also found an address book after his funeral with several names / phone numbers I do not recognise.
I am gradually trying to contact these people but in many cases I am getting a non obtainable tone when I dial the numbers.
I have put a message on his mobile phone asking people to contact me as well.
It would be good if people keep their contact lists up to date but a son / daughter can not really go to their mother / father and say lets have a list of your contacts in case you die.
